GM also known as General Motors Corporation is a multinational automotive company that has several of the most known car brands and models under their ownership.  GM is an American company that has been around since the early ages of the automobile.

There are currently 4 major brands left in the North American region.  Some brands had to be dropped from the GM company over the last few years in order to keep the company running and profitable.  The brands that they lost were Saturn and Pontiac.  Most of the Pontiac style cars are similar to Chevy, so that is a good alternative for Pontiac fans.
